How Lectin-Free Dieters Can Get Rid Of Joint Pains

So you decided to start eating a lectin-free diet, but you still have joint pains – what can do you do about it?

The answer may be simpler (and faster) than you think!

I would say, lower inflammation. And potentially boost your joint fluid levels since this can protect your cartilage and boost nutrient deliverability to the joints.

How to do that I’ll mention in a minute.

First I’d like to mention why I stopped taking one of the most popular joint pain supplements, glucosamine.

Why I Stopped Taking Glucosamine

Glucosamine is probably a supplement you’ve heard of when it comes to joint pains.

However, I stopped taking it once I learned this one thing.

I was already unsure of it’s ability to get strong results, and had seen some studies with mixed reviews about it’s efficacy.

But then I saw a study where $12 million was spent analyzing the effectiveness of glucosamine to get rid of joint pains and stiffness – and was astounded. My jaw quite literally dropped, as if to the floor.

The results? Inconclusive. $12 million in research with the results being complete and total uncertainty about its ability to have any effects.

“What an unbelievable waste,” I thought.

What To Do Instead

My suggestion would be to lower inflammation.

There are two supplements that can have a profound effect on joint pains.

The first, nearly anyone could take in terms of getting benefits, but alone it may not be enough to fully push someone over the edge of getting rid of joint pains in a powerful, substantial way.

The second, in my opinion is probably the strongest supplement one could take to get rid of joint pains.

So they can start moving with more freedom and get rid of stiffness and overall that feeling where they soothe their achey muscle with a soft touch and a grimace as they feel the pain.

If you want to be able to use your joints while feeling that flexibility and more feel good feelings, the second one is, in my opinion, a must try.

Natural Remedy #1

The first is Omega 3 Krill Oil.

This one has benefits for the heart, brain, and body overall, and can help to reduce inflammation and increase emotional feel-goodness.

The people who shouldn’t take it are people with a shellfish allergy and possibly people who are on blood thinning medications. (Of course, consult with your doctor)

The main problem with this supplement is that oftentimes fish oil and krill oil can lead to fish burps after the fact. The fresher the supplement, the less likely you should get fish burps.

You can try this Omega 3 Krill Oil which makes bold claims that it is so fresh you will not get fish burps, and they back it by a satisfaction guarantee.

Natural Remedy #2

The second is Boswellia Serrata.

This herb is so powerful that it has been said to be a painkiller as powerful as Ibuprofen.

This herb also can reduce inflammation.

This one is super powerful for getting rid of joint pains and moving without acheyness and stiffness, I believe.

There is a supplement that combines a powerful extract of this herb with another natural ingredient which could increase the amount of joint fluid that guards your joints.

This is similar to the benefit that glucosamine should have, however in practice it crushes comparatively. Statistically, there is no contest.

Comfort levels increased and muscle aches decreased, and there were improvements in muscular strength and quality of life.

The supplement contains a hyaluronic acid matrix, which can help naturally increase hyaluron levels in the joints, aka joint fluid.

This is the supplement I was just mentioning, which contains a Boswellia Serrata extract as well as the hyaluronic acid matrix known as Mobilee®.
